These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EasyClaw Skills Marketplace website and desktop application (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Beta / No warranties
The Service is in public beta and is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
2. Purchases
Some skills may be paid. Prices, taxes, and payment terms will be shown at checkout. Digital goods are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
3. Skill code & third-party services
Skills may be created by third parties. You are responsible for reviewing skill documentation and configuring credentials safely. We are not responsible for third-party services or how a skill behaves in your environment.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of law.
